All Sales Are Final

Every POE piece is custom cast and made to order for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. If you have questions about size, fit or finish, please contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

EU and UK Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as engraved pieces, custom and bespoke commissions, or pieces made in a size, metal or stone you chose that we do not otherwise stock.

To withdraw, tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, then return the piece unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the piece back. Return shipping is at your cost, and the piece must be sent insured.

If Something Is Wrong

If your piece arrives with a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost to you, including shipping.

Repairs and Alterations

We are happy to repair, resize or alter your POE jewelry at any time. Outside the 30-day window above, the cost of the work and shipping is the customer's responsibility; we will send a quote before any work begins.
