Shipping Policy

Made to Order. Every POE piece is cast and finished to order. Fine jewelry takes approximately 3–4 weeks to produce and ship. If you need your order sooner, a rush may be possible for an additional fee: add a note at checkout and we will confirm availability and cost before charging anything.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States ship via FedEx 2Day: $40 for orders up to $2,000, $55 for orders up to $3,500 and $70 for orders above $3,500. FedEx Priority Overnight is available for $40 more. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship via FedEx to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates for a flat $95. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.

Duties and Taxes. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price or in shipping. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office before delivery. We cannot control delays caused by customs.

EU and UK Customers. You may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase. Please see our Returns Policy for how it applies to made-to-order jewelry.

Tracking and Delivery

Every order ships fully insured and requires a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available to sign. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, the cost of re-shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept customer-provided shipping accounts.
